In this position, you will lead initiatives from discovery through production, architecting elegant and maintainable system architectures that balance immediate needs with long-term scalability. Your responsibilities include building advanced platform capabilities, creating reusable components, and writing production-grade code that sets the standard for quality and operational readiness. Additionally, you will champion the adoption of AI-assisted development tools, guiding the team in leveraging AI to accelerate delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.

The ideal candidate possesses strong computer science fundamentals and a proven track record of designing and delivering complex, scalable web applications. Expert-level proficiency in Python and React/TypeScript is essential, along with deep experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Experience in integrating enterprise systems, designing APIs, and architecting multi-platform solutions is required. Familiarity with AI coding tools and the ability to guide teams in their responsible adoption is also important.
