ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking to hire an experienced senior logistics professional to join our Oude Meer office. This role is accountable for the end-to-end logistics performance of the NL hub, including inbound consolidation, break-bulk operations, and global last-mile distribution. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational judgment, structured thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own NL Hub Logistics Performance

- Take full ownership of fulfilment operational KPIs: speed, accuracy, service levels

- Drive daily execution while maintaining a strong focus on scalability and process robustness

Run Global Fulfilment & Dispatch

- Own end-to-end outbound operations: pick/pack, labelling, courier allocation, and dispatch

- Manage carrier relationships (e.g. FedEx, UPS, Brinks) and optimise for cost, speed, and reliability

Build & Scale New Workflows

- Lead the rollout and optimisation of new fulfilment streams (e.g. Express, Jewellery, Melee)

- Design and implement SOPs to support operational complexity and growth

Drive Continuous Improvement

- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce errors
