The Senior Financial Analyst at Black Duck Software, Inc. will play a pivotal role in developing the company's annual operating plan. Key responsibilities include executing monthly operational activities, preparing quarterly business and product review presentations, and conducting weekly cash flow analyses to monitor financial health. The analyst will also track and model benefits expenses across multiple entities, prepare forecast analyses to support executive decisions, and partner with recruiting and HR teams to manage headcount and staffing. Additionally, the role involves leveraging automation tools to enhance financial processes and communicating financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a technology company environment, and hold an undergraduate degree. A solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements is essential, along with excellent financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, and experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Netsuite is strongly preferred.
