Agoda is seeking a Senior Finance Project Manager to join its New Business Initiatives team in Bangkok. The Senior Finance Project Manager will lead the implementation of company-wide strategic initiatives, analyzing their impact on finance functions such as accounting, tax, operations, and treasury. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely achievement of project milestones. The role also involves representing the finance department in cross-functional forums to incorporate financial requirements into product and business roadmaps.

Candidates should have over five years of project management experience, preferably related to finance projects. A background in the tech or e-commerce industry, along with experience in finance operations and business analysis, is desirable. Strong stakeholder management skills, process integration expertise, and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field are required.
