What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support Horizon3.ai global field and events marketing team with the operational and logistical execution that keeps programs running without friction. This role is the connective tissue between program strategy and on-the-ground execution - owning the shipping, inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, and administrative work that ensures every field program and corporate event shows up on time, on brand, and ready to perform. You will report to the Head of Field Marketing, North America and support field and events teams globally across AMER and EMEA.
