Senior Executive Sales
Eurofins is seeking a Senior Executive Sales professional to join our team, focusing on achieving targeted revenue within the assigned region. This role involves preparing and presenting sales quotations and proposals to both current and prospective clients, as well as reviewing contracts for new clients. The successful candidate will maintain accurate customer and sales information in our CRM system and provide monthly sales reports to the National Sales Head of Food Assurance in India.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the territory sales plan, leading and supporting the sales activities of Business Development Managers and Executives, and supporting regional marketing activities. The role also involves updating management on competitor activities and market trends, building relationships with clients, consultants, and industry associations, and ensuring the implementation of company objectives and policies. Additionally, the Senior Executive Sales will proactively identify at-risk customers and work to retain them, manage payment collections, assist in scheduling client audits, and review customer service procedures to recommend improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within a Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) company. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a sales-driven mindset, excellent negotiation abilities, and high leadership and supervisory skills. The candidate should be result-oriented, possess problem-solving capabilities, and have a commitment to providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
