THE TEAM

Imprint’s Spend team builds our core product experiences that help cardholders earn rewards with their cards. The pod owns critical customer-facing flows and the platform capabilities behind them, including issuing and redeeming rewards, our partner APIs, webhook integrations, and the operational foundations that keep these systems correct, observable, and reliable at scale. This team’s work is a strong split across building new rewards and scaling the existing reward infrastructure we’ve already built.

The Role

We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Spend team through its next phase of growth and execution. You will set strategy, grow and mentor a high-performing team, and drive delivery across customer-facing features and the backend/platform systems that power them.
