Key responsibilities include activating customer data to develop and implement end-to-end CRM strategies, continuously refining multi-channel communications, and supporting the CRM Manager in defining the customer lifecycle and contact strategies. The role also involves defining key client segments for improved targeting and ensuring all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience with email service providers such as Mailchimp and Sendgrid are essential. Strong HTML skills, good copywriting abilities, and a data-driven mindset are also required. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of optimizing and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
