Senior E-learning Developer
BrainRocket is seeking a Senior E-learning Developer to join the Academity project, an innovative digital learning initiative aimed at transforming professional education into an engaging and interactive "edutainment" experience. This role involves creating scalable learning products that inspire and educate, leveraging storytelling, gamification, and advanced AI technologies to cater to both B2B and B2C markets.
The Senior E-learning Developer will be responsible for designing and developing high-end interactive e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or Captivate. Key tasks include producing multimedia content like videos, simulations, and gamified elements tailored for adult learners, utilizing AI-powered tools for avatars, voiceovers, video generation, and rapid localization. The role also encompasses managing the full content lifecycle from storyboarding and prototyping to testing, LMS integration, and global launch, while collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and creative teams to translate complex business concepts into engaging learning products.
Candidates should possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles, storytelling, and microlearning techniques to ensure knowledge retention. Proficiency in producing and editing video, audio, and motion design is essential, with familiarity in tools like Canva, After Effects, or Figma. Expert-level knowledge of SCORM standards and seamless integration with LMS platforms, specifically 360Learning, is required. A performance-oriented mindset with the ability to manage tight deadlines while working cross-functionally with HR, R&D, and Product teams is also important.
Applicants must have over five years of experience in e-learning design and development, showcasing a strong portfolio of "edutainment" style work. Confidence in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, and AI video tools to expedite production and personalization is necessary. Expertise in Articulate 360 and proficiency in Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or After Effects are required. Fluency in English (C1/C2) and Spanish (B2/C1) is mandatory, with proficiency in Russian considered a significant plus. Candidates must be currently based in, or willing to work daily from, the Valencia office.
The position offers 23 working days of vacation per year, six sick days without a doctor's note, medical insurance, and celebrations for birthdays, milestones, and employee anniversaries.
