Senior Director, Total Rewards
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Senior Director of Total Rewards to lead the development and management of compensation, benefits, people operations, HR systems, and workforce analytics. This role is pivotal in shaping the employee experience and supporting the company's rapid growth from hundreds to several thousand employees.
The Senior Director will partner with leadership to define and implement a total rewards strategy that balances market competitiveness with Peregrine's growth trajectory. Responsibilities include designing job architectures, compensation philosophies, leveling frameworks, benefits programs, and scalable systems and processes. The role also involves building and leading a team of specialists across these domains.
Candidates should have over 10 years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, or HR leadership, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. Experience in building total rewards infrastructure during significant growth, particularly in technology or high-growth environments, is essential. Deep expertise in compensation strategy, including equity compensation, job architecture, and market benchmarking, is required.
The position offers a salary range of $250,000 to $320,000 annually, along with benefits, equity, and potential bonuses. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors such as skill set, experience level, certifications, and work location.
