The Senior Director, Strategy and Growth Initiatives at Chime will be instrumental in defining and driving the company's long-term strategy and growth. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Analytics, to address complex and ambiguous challenges, ensuring that strategic objectives are effectively realized.

Key responsibilities include leading high-impact strategic initiatives that enhance long-term business durability, analyzing market, competitor, and consumer trends to inform company priorities, and partnering with senior leaders to align on the long-term vision. The role also involves translating strategy into actionable plans, ensuring execution across cross-functional teams, developing analytical insights to support decision-making, and influencing decisions across various functions to drive accountability. Additionally, the Senior Director will lead complex problem-solving efforts and guide project teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, corporate strategy, or operating roles within financial services or fintech. An MBA or equivalent experience is preferred. The role demands a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modeling and data-driven decision-making, and experience leading and managing project teams through end-to-end initiatives. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations. Deep experience in fintech or financial services, along with hands-on experience with data analysis, market research, or product analytics, is also preferred.

The base salary for this role ranges from $253,000 to $350,000 annually, with full-time employees also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered may vary based on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
