Senior Director, Customer Governance and Transaction
The Senior Director of Customer Governance and Transaction at AirTrunk will lead a newly established function within the Customer Success organization, focusing on driving excellence in customer contracts, strategic analysis of customer intelligence, and implementing robust governance across customer deals. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of complex deals, maintaining transparency, and fostering long-term customer relationships. The position reports directly to the Assistant Vice President of Customer Success and involves close collaboration with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions.
Key responsibilities include managing a high-performing team to create a centralized intelligence system for all customer deals, enhancing deal governance frameworks, and capacity inventory planning capabilities. The role also involves building and maintaining a live platform for tracking contract open items across various customer contract documents, participating in customer contract negotiations, and providing strategic guidance on negotiating and optimizing customer terms. Additionally, the Senior Director will monitor internal governance approval processes and act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding contractual obligations.
Candidates should have over 15 years of experience in customer contract and account management or related roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, coordinate multi-stakeholder contract negotiations, and establish processes for accurate handover of contractual deliverables is essential. Strong capabilities in designing and managing governance frameworks, unlocking strategic growth insights from customer engagement data, and driving cross-team collaboration to optimize change management processes are also required. Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and customer success tools will be advantageous.
