Senior Director, Business Development - CTV Supply

Teads is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development for Connected TV (CTV) Supply to lead the expansion of CTV partnerships across the United States and Canada. This strategic role involves securing and launching high-value collaborations with key CTV stakeholders, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Advertising-Based Video on Demand (AVOD) applications, broadcasters, and Multichannel Video Programming Distributors (MVPDs). The focus is on monetizing through Homescreen, Instream, and Advanced ad formats such as in-content and pause ads. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Commercial Strategy for CTV, the position is based in New York City and follows a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote.
