Senior Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist at Monks, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) models to optimize marketing effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that drive business impact.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable ML and GenAI models on cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS, developing predictive frameworks like propensity and churn models, and integrating GenAI architectures using APIs and frameworks like LangChain. You will also oversee data integration workflows, establish MLOps best practices, and ensure governance and documentation across all machine learning assets.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics, with at least 3 years of experience in data science or data engineering. Proficiency in Python and SQL, experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS, and a solid understanding of statistics and machine learning algorithms are essential. Familiarity with data modeling tools such as dbt or Dataform and experience with data warehousing solutions like BigQuery or Redshift are also required.
