As a (Senior) Data Manager at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes and developing innovative strategies for our clients. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale. In this role, you will manage and maintain a central PowerBI-based Share of Advertising (SOA) dashboard, ensuring accurate data input and upkeep. Your responsibilities include harmonizing and standardizing datasets to meet evolving analytical requirements, conducting independent data and trend analyses to extract key insights, and supporting broader data inquiries by coordinating with partner teams for data acquisition. Additionally, you will analyze processes to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills and a passion for working with large datasets. Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly PowerBI, is essential, along with experience in database management. Effective project management abilities are required to coordinate complex data requests and manage multiple stakeholders. A proactive approach to process optimization and automation, including the application of AI technologies, is highly valued. Excellent communication skills are necessary to convey complex information clearly, and a structured, detail-oriented work style ensures high data quality and accuracy.
