Doctolib is seeking a Senior Data Engineer specializing in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery to join their Analytics Engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing data products that provide insights and support decision-making across the organization, contributing to the transformation of healthcare access. The position is based in Paris, France, and offers a hybrid work environment with opportunities for remote work.

As a Senior Data Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining data pipelines using Python to support Doctolib's AI strategy, developing and maintaining data marts in BigQuery using SQL/Jinja and DBT, and creating dashboards for high-level reporting using Tableau. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and define specifications, ensuring data quality, security (including GDPR compliance), and availability through monitoring and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or in a similar role, with strong expertise in the GCP stack. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and DBT for building data pipelines is essential, along with experience in BI tools such as Tableau or Metabase. A solid understanding of functional aspects of data, including sales, finance, web analytics, and product data, is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business teams are also important.
