Senior Data Engineer - Analytics (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Senior Data Engineer - Analytics to join our Analytics Engineering team in Paris. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing data products that provide insights and support decision-making across the organization, contributing to our mission of transforming access to healthcare. You will collaborate within a team dedicated to building data pipelines and solutions that empower our organization with data-driven insights while supporting our AI strategy.
Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining data pipelines using Python (Dagster) to support Doctolib's AI strategy, developing and maintaining data marts in BigQuery using SQL/Jinja and DBT, and creating dashboards for high-level reporting using Tableau. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, define specifications, and ensure data quality, security (GDPR compliance), and availability through monitoring and optimization.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or in a similar role. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and DBT for building data pipelines is essential, along with experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Metabase. A solid understanding of functional aspects of data (Sales, Finance, Web Analytics, Product) and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business teams are also required.
