This role is integral to ensuring a secure and compliant environment within one of Latin America's most successful fintech companies, which connects global businesses with consumers across 21 rapidly growing markets.

The Senior Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for managing vulnerabilities by scanning and analyzing systems and networks, prioritizing issues, and coordinating remediation efforts with IT and development teams. The role includes monitoring threats, responding to incidents in real-time, conducting forensic analyses, and implementing EDR/XDR solutions to protect devices. Additionally, the analyst will ensure network infrastructure security, prevent unauthorized access, apply network segmentation and Zero Trust policies, support security audits, and ensure compliance with standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and LGPD. Staying ahead of cyber risks by analyzing attack indicators and working with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK is also a key part of the role.

Candidates should have solid experience in Blue Team operations, SOC operations, incident response, vulnerability management, endpoint security, and cloud security. A strong knowledge of network security, operating system fundamentals, application security, malware analysis, and threat detection is essential. Proven experience in handling security incidents, threat hunting, and security monitoring across on-premises and cloud environments is required. Familiarity with security monitoring tools, including SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability scanners, and cloud-native security solutions, is necessary. Experience working in environments governed by frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC2 is also important. Strong technical leadership, the ability to mentor peers, lead complex investigations, and drive security initiatives end-to-end are key attributes. An advanced level of English proficiency is required.

EBANX offers a performance bonus based on company results, a meal allowance, financial assistance for undergraduate, graduate, and MBA programs, a dedicated budget for courses, certifications, and workshops, language classes, comprehensive medical and dental plans with support for dependents, and wellness programs. The company promotes a flexible work culture with semi-flexible hours, an additional day off on your birthday, and a year-end break to support work-life balance. A well-being program provides access to activities and resources that promote physical and mental health.

Joining EBANX means becoming part of a team that values diversity of thought and is committed to shaping the future of payments. The company operates where complexity exists, turning local challenges into global opportunities, and building infrastructure that allows payments to move further, faster, and smarter. EBANX fosters a culture of builders and problem-solvers who think globally and act with curiosity.
