The Senior Customer Success Manager at SecurityScorecard is responsible for managing a portfolio of 15–20 enterprise customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and long-term value through strategic engagement. This role involves aligning customer conversations with their cybersecurity and risk management objectives, acting as a trusted advisor, and driving retention and expansion within the account portfolio. The position is hybrid, based in New York City.

Key responsibilities include driving the organization's strategy and tactical execution, acting as a subject matter expert in the SecurityScorecard platform and cybersecurity risk domains, and collaborating with internal sales teams for accurate forecasting. The role also involves identifying opportunities to increase customer value through platform adoption, new use cases, and expanded engagement, as well as representing the voice of the customer in product feedback and service delivery discussions.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and over seven years of experience in account management, customer success, technical account management, or a similar customer-facing role. A solid understanding of cybersecurity or third-party risk management practices is essential, with cyber insurance experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, meticulous organizational skills, and the ability to quickly grasp platform capabilities from the customer's perspective are also required.

The estimated total compensation for this position ranges from $140,000 to $170,000, including base salary and bonus. Additional benefits include stock options, health benefits, unlimited paid time off, parental leave, and tuition reimbursements.
