Senior CRM Specialist

Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing customer data activation and executing comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance user engagement and retention. In this position, you will develop and implement end-to-end CRM strategies across multiple channels, focusing on email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Your responsibilities include refining multi-channel communications, developing retention strategies, and ensuring all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed. Additionally, you'll support the CRM Manager in defining the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments. Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience with ESPs like Mailchimp or Sendgrid are essential. Strong skills in HTML, copywriting, and data analysis are required, along with a commercially savvy, analytical, and data-driven mindset. Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates is also important.
