Senior CRM Specialist

In this role, you will manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies and communication plans across various marketing channels, with a particular focus on email, push notifications, and in-app messages. You will continuously refine our multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience, applying best practices and staying up-to-date with the latest CRM developments. Additionally, you will support the CRM Manager in defining the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all touchpoints, as well as identifying key client segments for improved targeting and program effectiveness. Ensuring that all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed will be a key part of your responsibilities, including ownership of weekly and monthly reporting and conducting ad hoc deep dives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments. Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience with email service providers such as Mailchimp or Sendgrid are essential. A strong command of HTML and good copywriting skills are required. You should be adept at developing and optimizing CRM flows to drive revenue and capable of leveraging consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data to deliver relevant marketing insights. Being commercially savvy, analytical, and data-driven, with experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates, is crucial. The role demands an organized, responsible, and proactive individual with the ability to optimize, prioritize, and manage time effectively, maintain a high pace of work, and communicate fluently in English.
