Senior Creative – AI & Tech Innovation (Temp)

Monks is seeking a Temporary Senior Creative to join their Los Angeles team, focusing on AI and tech innovation. This hybrid role involves conceptualizing social-first campaigns, writing scripts and copy, and creating content through both traditional production methods and AI platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with a Creative Director, Art Director, editors, motion graphics artists, and a Creative Technologist to drive AI product launches.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing social-first campaign ideas, writing across various formats such as scripts and social copy, and creating content using both traditional and AI-driven methods. The role requires active use of AI tools to concept, iterate, and prototype content quickly, as well as collaborating across disciplines to bring ideas to life. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to pitch and present ideas to internal teams and clients, translating product features into culturally relevant content.

The ideal candidate should possess strong writing and concepting skills, hands-on content creation experience, and fluency in both traditional and AI-based creation methods. Proficiency with AI tools and a passion for AI and technology are essential. The role also demands social-first instincts, a collaborative working style, independence, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.

Monks offers an hourly rate ranging from $80 to $100 USD for this position.
