Senior Creative – AI & Tech Innovation (Social First)

Monks is seeking a Senior Creative to join their Los Angeles team, focusing on AI and tech innovation with a social-first approach. This hybrid role involves conceptualizing and executing social-first campaigns, writing scripts and copy, and creating content through both traditional production methods and AI platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with a Creative Director, Art Director, editors, motion graphics artists, and a Creative Technologist to develop and launch AI-driven products.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing social-first campaign ideas, writing across various formats such as scripts and social copy, and creating content using both traditional and AI-based methods. The role requires active use of AI tools to concept, write, iterate, prototype, and quickly create social-first content. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop ideas and shape them through execution is essential, as is the ability to pitch and present concepts to internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate should possess strong writing and concepting skills, hands-on content creation experience, and fluency in both traditional and AI-based content creation methods. Proficiency in AI tools, a passion for AI and technology, and a deep understanding of social media trends and content requirements are crucial. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a collaborative working style, independence, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
