Senior Counsel, Transactions

New Leaf Energy is a clean energy developer committed to accelerating the transition to renewable energy. The Senior Counsel, Transactions will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's project development and its forthcoming independent power producer (IPP) division. This position reports directly to the Deputy General Counsel and offers a hybrid work environment, with offices in Boston, Lowell, Chicago, Oakland, and Troy.
