Senior Counsel, Strategic Transactions
CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Counsel for Strategic Transactions to join our dynamic legal team. This role is integral to supporting our rapid growth and innovation in the AI infrastructure sector. In this position, the Senior Counsel will lead and manage a variety of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and other corporate initiatives. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements, providing legal guidance to senior leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, the Senior Counsel will monitor and assess legal risks associated with strategic initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
Ideal candidates will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and have significant experience in corporate law, particularly in handling strategic transactions within the technology or AI sectors. Strong negotiation skills, the ability to analyze complex legal issues, and a deep understanding of corporate governance are essential. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is highly desirable.
