Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and have a minimum of 10 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in a large law firm or corporate legal department. Experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities law is essential. Strong negotiation and drafting skills, excellent analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively are also required. A proven track record of providing strategic legal advice and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team are highly valued.
