Senior Counsel – Business Attorney

Goosmann Law Firm is seeking a Senior Counsel – Business Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing strategic legal counsel to a diverse clientele, focusing on business law matters. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other attorneys and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Key responsibilities include advising clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, and compliance issues. The attorney will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in negotiations and proceedings.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business law is required, with a strong background in corporate transactions and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
