Alloy is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic team in New York City. As a leading identity risk management platform, Alloy enables financial institutions and fintech companies to outpace fraud and confidently serve more people worldwide. The Senior Legal Counsel will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal support across various business functions, contributing to the company's mission of delivering innovative solutions in the financial services sector.

In this role, the Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for negotiating complex technology transactions, including SaaS agreements and partnerships with leading financial institutions and data companies. The position involves delivering pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice to internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and People. Additionally, the counsel will support the development and execution of legal strategies for international expansion and enhance the company's compliance infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and at least six years of legal experience, including time at a top-tier law firm. Substantial experience in drafting and negotiating technology agreements, particularly with banks and regulated financial services companies, is essential. A strong background in data privacy, intellectual property matters, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are also required.

Alloy offers a competitive salary range of $190,000 to $224,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and region. The compensation package includes equity awards in the form of stock options. Benefits encompass unlimited PTO, flexible work policies, medical, dental, and vision plans with HSA and FSA options, a 401(k) plan with a 100% match up to 4% of annual compensation, and 16 weeks of paid parental leave for eligible new parents.
