Senior Corporate Paralegal
Hippo70 is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join its dynamic legal team. In this position, the Senior Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for preparing and maintaining corporate records, including board minutes, resolutions, bylaws, and organizational documents. They will ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, facilitate annual meetings, and collaborate with various departments to meet regulatory obligations. Additionally, the role involves assisting with mergers and acquisitions, drafting and reviewing contracts, and supporting the legal team in various corporate transactions.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department. Proficiency in legal terminology, contract management, and corporate governance is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are crucial. Experience with mergers and acquisitions, as well as familiarity with legal research tools, is highly desirable.
Compensation for this role includes a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,347 to $167,142, commensurate with experience.
