As the sole dedicated writer, you will have a significant impact on the company's messaging and brand voice.
In this role, you will craft compelling copy across various marketing channels, including paid social, email campaigns, landing pages, and video scripts. Your writing will address real business-owner challenges and demonstrate how GlossGenius provides unique solutions. Additionally, you will design and implement AI-powered copywriting and review systems, creating Claude skills, stress-testing outputs against brand standards, and continuously iterating to improve workflows. Maintaining a comprehensive style guide and brand voice framework will be essential to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in copywriting, with a portfolio that spans brand, performance, and lifecycle content. A strong understanding of translating product features into business impact and customer transformation is crucial. Experience in setting organizational copy standards, including style guides and AI-powered writing systems, is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with AI writing tools and workflows that have transformed team operations is essential. Strong performance marketing instincts and the ability to develop integrated campaign messaging that stands out in competitive markets are also important.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $145,000 to $170,000, complemented by target equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
