BESIX Watpac, a leading Australian multi-disciplinary construction company and a subsidiary of the international BESIX Group, is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join their team in Canberra. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex building and infrastructure projects within a globally recognized organization.

The Senior Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing the trade package tendering process, including the preparation and approval of tender documents, issuing and receiving tenders, and submitting recommendations for approval. Additional duties include preparing contract documents, submitting monthly consolidated reports on cash flow forecasting, variation status, and cost analysis, as well as administering variation and progress claims under Head and Subcontract Agreements. The role also involves addressing contract conditions and collaborating with Project and Commercial Managers to maintain internal cost controls.

Candidates should possess a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in leading contracts administration on large building projects, including mentoring and supervising team members, is essential. Strong communication skills, the ability to build effective relationships at all business levels, and the capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively are required.
