As a Senior Consultant Client Service Digital Media, you will play a pivotal role in advising our esteemed client, Designer Outlets, on the development and execution of innovative digital media and communication strategies. This position is integral to WPP Media's mission of delivering AI-driven media solutions that offer creative personalization at scale.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading the strategic consultation and advancement of Designer Outlets' digital media initiatives, ensuring alignment with their business objectives. You will be tasked with crafting tailored digital media and communication strategies, overseeing the planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of cross-media campaigns with a strong digital emphasis. Additionally, you will analyze campaign performance data, interpret key performance indicators, and provide actionable recommendations for budget and strategy adjustments. Coordinating with internal specialist teams and external partners to ensure integrated and successful campaigns will also be a key aspect of your role.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in digital media planning and strategic client consultation, preferably within a media agency setting. A solid background in designing and executing digital campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engine advertising, display, and video is essential. Strong analytical skills, a keen numerical aptitude, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and strategic advice are crucial. Excellent communication skills in both German and English, along with a deep understanding of the media landscape and, ideally, knowledge of the retail or e-commerce sectors, are also required. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to address challenges effectively are highly valued.
