👩💻 The Role
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire this role does require that you are based within UTC - 3 / + 5.
Oyster is looking for a high-performing Senior Compliance Analyst to join the Governance Risk & Compliance Team, who can assist in keeping up with the demands of a growing global HR/tech company. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for supporting the day-to-day internal audit for compliance controls management for Oyster, among other responsibilities, all of which will require critical thinking, innovation, and integrity.
Being a fully distributed company, the Senior Compliance Analyst will work synchronously and asynchronously with team members all over the world. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong multi-task skills, high energy, a positive attitude, and no camera shyness....
