We’re looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to join our London team. In this role, you’ll help us ensure our compliance operations are seamless, owning rider policies from conception to roll-out and leading the response to complex compliance incidents.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be joining the Global Delivery Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Operations Programmes, you will be the bridge between Product, Data Science, Legal, and Rider Support to ensure a world-class, compliant experience for our riders.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

- Policy Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key rider policies. You'll partner with Data Science to quantify risks and design the logic and rules for new global standards.

- Incident Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for compliance breaches. When a gap is identified, such as a surge in fraudulent activity, you will lead the cross-functional response to contain the issue.

- Root Cause & Remediation: Perform deep-dives into breaches to understand the "why." You’ll turn incident learnings into long-term strategies, proposing structural solutions that turn today’s incident into tomorrow’s automated prevention.
