Senior Commercial Counsel

OPSWAT, a global leader in IT, OT, and ICS critical infrastructure cybersecurity, is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join their legal team. This role is integral to OPSWAT's mission of protecting critical infrastructure by providing legal guidance on commercial agreements and strategies.

As a Senior Commercial Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including customer agreements, partnerships, and vendor contracts. You will collaborate closely with sales, procurement, and product teams to ensure that contracts align with business objectives and comply with legal requirements. Additionally, you will provide strategic legal advice to senior management on commercial matters and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and at least 7 years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential. Experience with international contracts and knowledge of data privacy laws are also highly desirable.
