Senior Client Implementation Manager
The Senior Client Implementation Manager at Mindbody serves as the primary coordinator for customer projects, overseeing both strategic and non-strategic implementations. This role involves gaining a deep understanding of clients' business models to recommend optimal setups, configure customer sites, and provide best practice suggestions. Key responsibilities include consulting with customers to review project requirements, designing and implementing project plans, and managing complex, multi-location integrations. The manager will lead smaller implementation projects for strategic accounts, partner with project managers on larger initiatives, and work directly with customers to manage initial access, coordinate data conversions, and train users for successful software launches. Additionally, the role involves refining strategic account templates and proactively managing client expectations.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least five years in customer service, project management, or technical support, and preferably two years in a professional services role at Mindbody. Expert knowledge of Mindbody's software products is preferred. Essential skills include problem-solving, critical thinking, effective communication, and relationship-building. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage customer expectations, interact with all levels of customer leadership, and navigate web and mobile technologies proficiently.
