Senior Care Expansion Partnerships Manager
BetterHelp is seeking a Senior Care Expansion Partnerships Manager to spearhead strategic partnerships that enhance our care model. This role is integral to our mission of making mental health care more accessible by developing referral pathways for higher-acuity needs and integrating digital therapeutic solutions. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to expanding access to therapy and improving care continuity.
The Senior Care Expansion Partnerships Manager will lead outbound business development efforts to identify and engage prospective partners across targeted domestic verticals. Responsibilities include developing partnership strategies with specialty behavioral health providers, digital therapeutic partners, and other referral-based care organizations. The role involves delivering partner-facing presentations, collaborating with internal stakeholders to create customized value propositions, and structuring creative partnership models. Additionally, the manager will oversee partnership structuring and agreement negotiations, work cross-functionally to evaluate new partnership constructs, and monitor partner performance to optimize care expansion impact.
Candidates should have over seven years of experience in enterprise sales, partnership development, or business development within healthcare, digital health, or related B2B ecosystems. A proven track record of building and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals is essential. Strong operational and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, and familiarity with mental health care delivery or healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA) are highly desirable. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and operate independently with high accountability is crucial.
The base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $165,000, with eligibility for a performance bonus.
