Senior Business Immigration Paralegal (Perm Cases)

Envoy Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Immigration Paralegal with extensive experience in PERM cases to join our dynamic team. As an affiliate of Envoy Global, CIP PC is a leading business immigration law firm known for exceptional client service and a collaborative, people-first culture. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team supporting companies and foreign nationals across the U.S.

In this role, you will manage high-volume PERM cases from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include reviewing documents for validity, drafting and monitoring PERM casework, and promptly addressing potential case-related issues with attorneys or senior case managers. Effective communication with clients and foreign nationals, as well as tracking case progress using Envoy's technology platform, are key aspects of the position.

The ideal candidate will have 5–6+ years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal, specifically focusing on employment-based petitions with a PERM emphasis. Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage deadlines, and experience handling large caseloads independently are essential. Excellent communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and case management systems, and a genuine interest in U.S. immigration with an empathetic approach to clients and foreign nationals are also required.
