Eurofins is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives for its Biotherapeutics services within the North American market. The successful candidate will collaborate with industry experts to drive business growth and positively impact human health worldwide.
The primary responsibilities include achieving sales targets for Eurofins Discovery North America Biotherapeutics services, understanding large molecule drug discovery workflows, and staying abreast of industry trends. The role involves prospecting within new and existing accounts, developing and maintaining high-level client relationships through regular virtual and face-to-face meetings, and utilizing sales and marketing channels effectively. Additionally, the manager will provide feedback to operations to refine marketing strategies and seek innovation opportunities for Biotherapeutics services.
Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant science field, such as biology, and have over five years of related sales experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications, including LinkedIn, is essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of sales tools like MS-CRM are required. The role demands experience in prospecting and lead generation, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a valid driver’s license. Proximity to a major airport and the ability to travel up to 30% of the time are also necessary.
Eurofins offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 per year, complemented by a bonus structure.
