Senior Business Development Executive (Toys Testing)
The Senior Business Development Executive (Toys Testing) at Eurofins is responsible for driving business growth within the toy testing sector. This role involves managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service. The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and reports to the Head of Department.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for toy testing services. The executive will identify and approach potential clients, including manufacturers, exporters, and retailers in the toy industry. Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction is also a critical aspect of the role. Additionally, the position involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery, preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients, and supporting marketing activities, trade shows, and promotional events related to toy testing services.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in sales, preferably in testing, inspection, or certification services, is required. Strong knowledge of the toy industry and relevant safety standards is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is considered an advantage.
