ABOUT THE ROLE

At KOHO, the Payment Operations team owns the "operating system" for money movement. We don’t just keep the lights on; we design the engine that powers every transaction. We are a high-ambiguity, high-ownership team that bridges the gap between technical engineering and business strategy.

As a Senior Business Associate, you will blend the problem-solving toolkit of a Strategy Consultant with the technical depth of a Payments expert. You will report to the Senior Manager of Payments Strategy & Operations and act as a key architect for our scalability—designing complex fund flows, automating manual reconciliation, and driving cross-functional projects from ideation to delivery. You won’t just report on what happened; you will build the models and workflows that determine what happens next.
