Senior Business Analyst
Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive its expansion within key Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets. This role focuses on growth and marketing strategies, working within the APAC growth team to scale Fever's business model across the region.
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for driving Fever's business plan in key APAC expansion areas by growing key partners, conducting market sizing analysis, prioritizing product initiatives, refining pricing, and developing revenue growth strategies. They will advise strategic marketing partners on growth opportunities and best practices by leveraging Fever's proprietary data and technology. Additionally, the role involves defining and implementing growth strategies that impact key business metrics, creating and managing new business streams, and collaborating globally to execute growth initiatives across the partner portfolio.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a high-growth, analytical, or strategic business role, such as strategy consulting, technology, or investment banking. A bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, data analytics, or strategy is required. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a willingness to challenge the status quo in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Spanish, Korean, or Japanese considered an advantage. Technical skills in SQL, Python, or R are preferred.
