The Senior BtoB Go-To-Market Analyst at Doctolib plays a pivotal role within the Customer & Sales Operations team, focusing on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Sales, Account Management, Support, and Marketing functions. This position is integral to understanding client needs and market dynamics, contributing significantly to the company's mission of improving healthcare access.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with Data Product Managers and Analytics Engineers to ensure data quality and robust KPI definitions, conducting in-depth analyses of customer performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The role also involves piloting client-focused KPIs, implementing forecasting models to enhance performance monitoring accuracy, and maintaining operational dashboards for business partners and leadership.

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in operations, business, or strategy analytics roles, either in-house or consulting. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets, along with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Metabase, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, fluency in French and English, and the ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements are also required.
