We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in the blockchain space. As a Senior Blockchain Engineer, you will conduct in-depth research on consensus algorithms to enhance blockchain scalability. You will design and implement protocol upgrades for Layer 2 scaling solutions, collaborate with a team of experts to develop innovative blockchain technologies, analyze and optimize existing protocols to improve performance and security, and contribute to technical discussions by providing insights into cryptographic solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cryptography and proficiency in programming languages such as Go or Rust. Experience with blockchain technologies and consensus mechanisms is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.
