Senior Banking Relationship Manager
As a Senior Banking Relationship Manager at BrainRocket, you will be instrumental in expanding and managing the company's global banking network. BrainRocket is a dynamic, global company delivering end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing sectors. With a team of 1,300 professionals, we have established a strong presence in Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include developing new banking relationships worldwide, assessing various banking products and services, and negotiating terms to optimize banking costs. You will manage relationships with existing and new banking partners, ensuring seamless operational and regulatory alignment. Additionally, you will coordinate regular reviews, maintain appropriate AML/KYC files, and assist in the onboarding process by providing necessary documentation to banks.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in a similar position or as a KYC/AML/Account Manager in EU-regulated financial institutions or consulting firms specializing in banking relationships. A strong operational understanding of the financial services industry, good knowledge of KYC and AML/CFT requirements, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking and Finance are preferred. Proficiency in English is required, with Russian language skills considered an advantage. The role also requires the ability to negotiate effectively, strategic thinking under pressure, and multitasking capabilities.
