Senior Attorney
The Senior Attorney at Capital Rx will provide strategic legal counsel on healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, the False Claims Act, and the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role involves managing regulatory change, overseeing licensing activities, and ensuring compliance across the organization. Capital Rx is a health technology company that offers comprehensive pharmacy benefit management solutions to self-insured employers, aiming to modernize healthcare infrastructure and improve drug price visibility.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and interpreting federal and state healthcare legislation, advising on regulatory changes, and supporting internal policy development. The Senior Attorney will also manage licensing processes, provide legal oversight for provider relations, and collaborate with various teams to mitigate legal and regulatory risks. This role requires a proactive approach to legal challenges, balancing risk management with business objectives.
Candidates should have over eight years of legal experience, with a strong background in healthcare laws and regulations. A Juris Doctorate and admission to the bar in at least one state are required. Experience with pharmacy benefit managers and related laws is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a strong work ethic.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $260,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
