Senior Associate Customer Communication (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Senior Associate Customer Communication (x/f/m) to join our Berlin team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing communication with our existing B2B clients, developing and overseeing the marketing customer journey, and creating targeted campaigns for various customer segments. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Engagement Team, Product Marketing, and Marketing Performance Team to ensure projects are executed creatively and with a strong focus on user experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include planning and executing communication campaigns across multiple channels, such as in-app messages and emails, to announce product launches and updates. You will analyze the effectiveness of these campaigns monthly, optimizing them to enhance reach and impact. Additionally, you will work with the Customer Engagement Team to ensure your content resonates with our B2B users and drives engagement.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in communications, marketing, or a related field, with a preference for backgrounds in health management or health economics. You should have at least five years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, PR, or communications within the healthcare sector. Expertise in copywriting, customer journey management, and storytelling is essential. Proficiency in tools like Braze and WalkMe, along with exceptional German and fluent English language skills, is required.
