Senior Application Engineer
Mozilla is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to join our IT team, focusing on supporting and enhancing our ERP system, NetSuite. This role is pivotal in managing daily operations, implementing new initiatives, and optimizing business processes within the ERP ecosystem. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to develop solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Key responsibilities include planning, reviewing, and revising functional configurations, customizations, and automation within NetSuite. The engineer will build and maintain reporting tools, integrations, and automated workflows to improve data flow and operational efficiency. Additionally, they will lead new releases, test updates, and effectively roll out new features, ensuring the system remains current and fully functional.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes and a minimum of three to five years of experience working with NetSuite. Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and Excel formulas is essential, along with experience in customizing and integrating NetSuite with other business applications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
