Senior Analyst, Strategy & Analytics (Bangkok-based) (10-Months Contract)

The Senior Analyst, Strategy & Analytics position at Agoda is a 10-month contract role based in Bangkok, Thailand. The analyst will join Agoda’s Strategy & Analytics team, which is central to driving data-driven decisions across various business functions. Agoda is a leading online travel agency focused on global markets, with a workforce that thrives on innovation and dynamic challenges focused on the travel and accommodation sectors.

Day-to-day, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for designing and executing strategic analyses, supporting business units with actionable insights, and leading the development of dashboards, models, and reports to optimize performance. Collaboration with stakeholders from different teams, including product, marketing, and operations, is key, as the role combines technical analytics, business acumen, and project management. Analysts may also be involved in special projects that span forecasting, performance diagnostics, and new market assessments.

Ideal candidates will have a strong analytical background, proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, and experience with statistical analysis or business intelligence. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field is preferred, along with professional experience in analytics, consulting, or a related area. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex findings into clear recommendations are essential.
