Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Analyst, Payments Integrity & QA to join our Payments Integrity & QA team. Reporting to the Manager, Payments Integrity & QA, this role is pivotal in executing our internal audit framework, identifying payment discrepancies, and preparing documentation for external client audits. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to establishing a high standard for payment accuracy in healthcare.

Key responsibilities include conducting data-driven quality assurance audits on internal payment transactions to ensure full compliance with Maven's policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves supporting external client audits by gathering and validating necessary documentation, performing in-depth investigations into payment discrepancies, and translating audit findings into actionable insights for the Operations and Product/Engineering teams. Additionally, the analyst will identify and propose improvements to enhance the efficiency of internal payment workflows.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in healthcare claims, payment integrity, or financial auditing, with a strong understanding of payment cycles, claims adjudication, or billing integrity. Proficiency in data and analytics tools, such as Looker, is essential, along with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority audit workstreams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the capability to clearly document and communicate complex payment logic to various stakeholders are also required.

The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $115,000 per year, with eligibility for stock options and comprehensive benefits. Compensation decisions are based on factors including qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
